The Role
A Project Engineer to participate in our Aftermarket & Services Team, currently in expansion/growth, to be focused on providing support for the whole range of steam generators in the market, which includes:
- Boiler Retrofits Projects
- Engineering, Solutions and Studies
- Emissions Abatement
- Upgrading Engineering
- Spare Parts
- Instrumentation and Control
- Consulting Services
We are looking for an experienced engineer (5 to 10 years) in the areas above described, who is ready to step up to collaborate actively in retrofit projects and improvements in Power Plants

It will collaborate in the following tasks mainly focused on Boilers projects:
- Technical Client Support: Provide technical assistance, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of equipment for power generation systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Optimized Solutions: Analyse client needs and propose tailored, cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and system performance.
- On-Site Assistance: Deliver hands-on technical support at client sites, troubleshooting and ensuring the seamless integration of aftermarket solutions.
- Remote Connectivity: Implement and manage remote connection systems for real-time monitoring and support.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with both suppliers and clients to maintain strong business relationships
- Proposals and Budgeting: Prepare detailed proposals and budgets.
- Retrofit and Plant Improvements: Participate actively in retrofit projects and system enhancements for power plants.
- Project Delivery and Target Achievement: Apply technical expertise and decision-making skills to meet project and client expectations.
- Strategic Business Support: Provide technical insights to the aftermarket manager, supporting various business initiatives and operational improvements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements to ensure innovative and competitive aftermarket solutions.
Expected:
- Industrial Engineering
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience
- Customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives
- Leading skills
- Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
- Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required
Desirable:
- Experience in steam generator equipment, power plants and/or clean air technologies.
- Site experience.
- Design of SCADA visualization systems / DCS Systems
- Proficient in managing client interactions and achieving departmental objectives.
