Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors.
- Manage both online (digital/IT, marketing, e-commerce) and offline (corporate openings, events, exhibitions) projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager in diverse industries.
- English language proficiency: C1 level (international communication experience required).
- Demonstrated success in managing international projects with multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Preferred Experience (a strong plus)
- Background in both digital/online and offline project management.
- Experience coordinating creative/design projects and technical/development initiatives.
- Understanding of cross-border operations and international business processes.
