Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager or Team Lead to oversee KYC transitions and lead delivery teams across geographies. Prior exposure to FCC frameworks and KYC regulations is highly desirable. This role includes planning, execution, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of KYC transition projects
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Manage a multi-location team of analysts and outreach staff
- Coordinate with FCC, compliance, technology, and client teams
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure delivery milestones are met as per SLAs
- Drive process improvements and standardization across teams and geographies
Eligibility Requirements
- 7+ years of project management or transition experience
- Strong understanding of Global KYC /AML Requirements and FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) regulations
- Experience managing outreach and screening processes (sanctions, PEP, adverse media)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
