Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us take our Purchasing workflows, tools and processes to the next level.
This role is about turning deep operational understanding into scalable improvements — whether by designing new tools, refining existing processes, or helping shape the roadmap for future development.
You’ll be part of the C2B Purchasing Europe team, collaborating closely with teams across departments to turn operational insights into scalable improvements.
You will:
Get close to the field: learn first-hand how our operations run today, and where we face limitations – whether in tools, processes, or capacity planning.
Map and reimagine: translate insights from the ground into structured proposals that improve efficiency, usability, or customer experience.
Collaborate on solutions: help define requirements and coordinate with internal teams to bring ideas to life.
Ensure clarity and impact: follow initiatives through from idea to delivery, tracking milestones, anticipating blockers, and helping all teams stay aligned.
Champion a user-centric mindset: keep our operational teams at the heart of all process and tooling developments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional settings, enjoys bridging business needs with tech solutions, and wants to have a tangible impact on day-to-day operations across Europe.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical team player who can navigate complex systems and make things happen. Ideally, you bring:
2–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Product, Consulting, or a fast-paced tech-enabled environment
Proven experience working closely with Product and/or Tech teams — understanding how scalable solutions are built, and how to contribute to product discussions and planning
Strong communication and structuring skills – capable of framing problems, synthesizing needs, and writing clear, useful documentation
Curiosity and hands-on mindset – eager to go into the field, test, learn, and adjust
Excellent English; Spanish is a strong plus
