Your Impact in the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA program within our ePayments business, ensuring the successful delivery of this global technological and organizational transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA program for the ePayments area.
- Ensure alignment between IT, finance, operations, and business, acting as a central coordination point.
- Coordinate internal teams.
- Apply program management methodologies (Agile / PMI / hybrid) adapted to the project's needs.
- Ensure effective communication with global and local stakeholders.
- Guarantee a successful transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (>7 years) leading complex SAP transformation programs (preferably S/4HANA).
- Functional knowledge in key areas such as finance, controlling, logistics, or production.
- Previous experience in ePayments, fintech, or digital services environments is highly valued.
- Excellent project management skills, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and change management abilities.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); other languages are a plus.
- Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, SAP Activate, etc., are a plus.
