We are currently looking for a Recruiter Inter with a native level of English to join our Talent Acquisition team in Getafe (Madrid). As a part of Talent Acquisition team you will learn and actively participate in the following responsabilities:
- Job posting management.
- CV screening.
- Talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Interviewing professional profiles related to engineering and innovation.
- Administration and evaluation of psychometric or competency-based tests.
- Candidate follow-up and support throughout the selection process.
Requisitos:
Minimum requirements
- Final year student in Labour Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- English level: native (Spanish is not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and results-oriented manner.
- Training agreement with the university is not required.
