WHO ARE WE?
Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.
In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

- Engaging with regulators and industry bodies to advocate for Sateliot’s interests and contribute to policy development.
- Ensuring continuous compliance through internal audits, documentation, and reporting.
- Supporting technical team to make regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications for satellite and ground system design (e.g., ITU compliance, debris mitigation, emissions limits).
- Coordinating internationally to secure authorizations and maintain operational rights. Including leading technical coordination dialogues to mitigate interference risks and secure regulatory clearances for service coverage expansion.
- Continuosly assessing development in regulatory policy and perform technical analyses of the impact of proposed policy changes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in a spectrum regulatory role, ideally within a satellite operator, national regulator, or international regulatory body.
