We're currently looking for a Remote Tour Operations Specialist to join our brand Gustoventura, which curates immersive, food- and culture-focused trips across the Mediterranean. If you're organized, people-savvy, and fluent in multiple languages, keep reading — this might be your dream job.
🎯 What You’ll Do
As our new Tour Operations Specialist, you'll ensure the smooth execution of our small-group tours by:

Coordinating all logistics: accommodations, local guides, transport, activities

Building and nurturing relationships with local partners

Negotiating contracts and securing the best services at fair prices

Supporting the development of new destinations
-
Acting as a key point of contact for real-time support during tours
You'll work closely with our international team and have the opportunity to shape meaningful travel experiences in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and new destinations to come.
🌟 What You Bring

Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations

Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools

A collaborative spirit and can-do attitude

Fluent in English + at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek

Willingness to travel during peak seasons (Mar–May, Sep–Nov)
