About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house reception team across our venues. You’ll be the face of the guest journey – setting the tone from the moment of booking to the final goodbye. Your mission: orchestrate a seamless and personalized guest experience while managing, training, and motivating a team of hosts and reservationists.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and schedule the reception team across our restaurants
- Manage bookings via SevenRooms (or similar system), ensuring smooth flow and maximum seat optimization
- Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and professionally, maintaining a five-star first impression
- Handle VIPs, last-minute requests, large bookings, and any on-the-ground issues with grace and precision
- Liaise with FOH & BOH management to align service plans with guest expectations
- Oversee guest feedback, manage pre- and post-visit communications, and ensure top-tier reviews
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special events, influencer bookings, and PR activations
- Monitor performance KPIs and prepare weekly reports for operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a front-of-house or reception management role (hospitality or luxury retail)
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (Italian, French, German) are a big plus
- Deep knowledge of reservation platforms like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished, confident, and energetic presence – you love interacting with people
- Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented
- Passion for hospitality, details, and creating memorable guest moments
- Experience managing multi-site operations is a plus
