Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will lead the team, ensure service excellence, and optimize performance in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for orders.
- Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain service consistency.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Hospitality degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English and spanish is required
