What You'll Do:
- Brazilian publishers acquisition; from prospecting to closing.
- Building a healthy pipeline and prioritizing the highest value opportunities.
- Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in Brazil by working closely with sales and operational colleagues.
- Become a trusted contact of your publishers and develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.
- Maintaining our purposely designed CRM tool; updating leads and client interactions on a daily basis.

- Independent Innovator: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
- Sales Experience: Ideally 2+ years of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face and online meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Digital Media Know-How: Solid understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies.
- Industry Network (nice to have): Established contacts within the Brazilian digital publishing media.
- Experience in a similar role — such as at a Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, in Customer Service, or at a digital agency — is preferred. Experience at an AdTech company is particularly valued and would be ideal.
