At Opinno, we are looking for Sales Development Representative Intern (SDR) with strategic mindset, commercial curiosity, and eagerness to grow, based in Madrid.

You will be the first point of contact with potential clients and play a key role in expanding our account portfolio.

What you'll do in a nutshell


  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through strategic research and digital tools like HubSpot.
  • Manage initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and spark their interest in our services.
  • Coordinate high-value meetings with our team of consultants and sales specialists.
  • Keep our portfolio of contacts and accounts updated in HubSpot, ensuring clear traceability of each interaction.
  • Collaborate in email marketing campaigns and automation to nurture business relationships.
  • Support in the preparation of reports that reflect the impact of your actions and contribute to decision-making.
  • Learn in-depth about our consulting services to communicate their value authentically and effectively.

What you'll bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles (preferred).
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • English proficiency (at least: B2) and native/fluent Spanish (C1).
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and digital work environments.
