As a Sales Development Representative Team Manager for the Italian Market at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for developing, training, and hiring a highly driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and passionate leader with a winning mentality and an infectious positive attitude. With a strong background in consultative sales, you will identify coaching opportunities through call reviews and pipeline management, ensuring the continuous growth and success of the team.
