LUDA Partners is the first real-time network connecting pharmacies with major

pharmaceutical labs and delivery platforms. With over 3,500 pharmacies already onboard

and strategic partnerships with Uber Eats, Just Eat, Glovo, and leading labs, we are helping

pharmacies recover online sales, ensure access to medicines, and stay at the center of the

digital health revolution.

After reshaping the pharmacy ecosystem in Spain, we are now expanding into Ireland and the

UK also building the team that will take it to the next level.

Early traction has been really strong: we are already working with leading pharmacy groups

and rapidly expanding our network of partners.

Your Mission

As part of our international expansion team (based in Madrid), you will play a key role in

onboarding new pharmacies and growing our presence in the UK and Ireland.

  • Discover & Connect: Prospect new pharmacies, spark interest, and introduce them

to LUDA’s platform.

  • Outreach with Impact: Call potential partners, understand their needs, and explain

the value we bring.

  • Product Demos: Show off our tech and how it can change the game for them.
  • Make It Happen: Own your targets. Help us grow while learning fast in a dynamic

environment.

Who You Are

  • Completely fluent in English (spoken & written) being a native speaker is a

plus, as most of your day-to-day will happen in English.

  • A natural communicator. People feel good after talking to you.
  • You’re sharp, proactive, and you get things done.
  • You love learning fast, thinking big, and making things better.
  • You enjoy working with others. This team is close we build stuff together.
  • Bonus if you’ve done phone sales, cold outreach or worked in

healthcare/pharmacy before.

Requisitos:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Commitment: 6-month internship minimum
  • Hours: Full-time preferred
  • Compensation: €500/month (fixed + variable)
  • Location: LUDA HQ (Madrid – Cuzco/Bernabéu area)
  • Remote option: Choose Friday or Monday as your regular work-from-home day
  • Requirement: Internship agreement with a university or academic institution
