MOTIC’s European Division is expanding its presence and is seeking a skilled Sales Representative with expertise in Pathology to drive sales of the MoticEasyScan digital pathology systems and promote our full microscopy portfolio across the DACH region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven professional to manage and grow client relationships, especially with key opinion leaders (KOLs), to gather insights and customer needs.
The role involves:
- Develop and expand our customer base across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support
- Oversee the implementation of microscopy and digital pathology solutions
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and scientific events
- Travel, primarily across Europe, to engage with clients and strengthen partnerships
Requirements
- Academic background in health sciences, biology, or a related field.
- Preferably with sales experience in the IVD industry, especially in pathology solutions.
- Solid knowledge of digital pathology systems and pathology lab workflows.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, resilient, and customer-focused.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) are a plus.

Pay: 22,428.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
