THE JOURNEY
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference;
- Be a part of a team that works with internal, external and user-facing products and services;
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues;
- Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups;
- Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes;
- Own your deliverables from start to finish;
- Deliver high-quality solutions;
- Participate in high-level technical decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude;
- 1+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator;
- Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce DataLoader;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Nice to have: Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.
