As the Quality Manager (m/f/d) for SAP implementations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the SAP implementation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define quality assurance strategies, monitor progress and ensure that the SAP solution meets both business requirements and industry standards. Your primary focus will be to drive quality initiatives throughout the entire SAP implementation lifecycle, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support. You will serve as the subject matter expert on quality management for SAP, ensuring that all deliverables are tested thoroughly and align with project objectives and company standards.
LOCATION:
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

- Quality management leadership: Take ownership of a key component of our SAP implementation, driving the success of the quality management within the project
- Data migration quality assurance: Validate and reconcile migrated data to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with S/4HANA standards
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to lead and coordinate a diverse team of experts across multiple departments
- Process insight and improvement: Develop a deep understanding of our warehouse management processes, gaining visibility and insight into how your contributions help streamline operations across the organization
- Defect and issue management: Oversee defect management processes during testing cycles and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during the S/4HANA transition
- Transformation impact: Drive the optimization and efficiency of end-to-end transformation processes, ensuring the SAP S/4HANA solution supports long-term business success
- Timeline and budget adherence: Ensure that quality assurance activities support adherence to project schedules and budget constraints throughout the transition
- Progress reporting: Provide regular, transparent updates to management and stakeholders on quality status, risks, and key achievements during the S/4HANA implementation
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- You are an experienced manager with a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification and sound experience in quality management for implementation projects. Your focus is on working with the team to ensure the quality of design and implementation activities and ensuring that time, budget and quality targets are met
- Professional experience: Several years of extensive and proven experience in Quality management for large scale implementation projects, as well as experience in SAP transformation projects. IT audit experience is a plus
- Technical know-how: Knowledge on testing methodologies, including planning, automation and regression testing in SAP transformation projects as well as their integration in SAP modules such as FI
- Management skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, complemented by experience in change management and process optimization
- Strong communication and intercultural skills: Excellent communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake international business travel as part of project work
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
