SAP S4/HANA Manufacturing Support

At Izertis, we are currently looking for a SAP S4/HANA Manufacturing Support

WHAT WILL BE THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

From here, she/he will work closely with Key Business stakeholders related to Manufacturing & Quality, located across geographically distributed sites (LATAM, IBERIA, ROMANIA, TURKEY)

During the project implementation:

She/he is responsible for the design and execution of the S/4HANA components under the Manufacturing & Quality business processes, following the working principles agreed with HORSE Business Owner and the System Integrator (SI) and under the supervision of the S4/HANA HORSE SAP Team Lead

She/he will be responsible to define, when applicable, the integration approach between S4/HANA Manufacturing & Quality components and non-SAP Apps.

After the Go-live (Centre of Excellence):

Once a given Release goes live, and after the System Integrator (SI) warranty period, she/he will keep working with the designated Manufacturing & Quality Business Process Owners (BPOs) to maintain the existing functionality, discuss potential improvements and apply them into the system if approved.

1. Project implementation

• Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the areas of Manufacturing & Quality.
• Report status and progress for the activities under her domain.
• In coordination with the System Integrator Team Lead, raise Risks and issues for the area in any of the project phases.
• In general, participate in the design, build, test and deploy of the S4 functionality in this domain, in close cooperation with BPOs and the SI Manufacturing & Quality Teams.
• Working with the SI team, lead the Fit-to-Standard workshops, making sure the business processes adhere to SAP Best Practices.
• Work with the SI team to ensure that all required WRICEFs are identified and properly documented.
• Responsible of providing to the SI all the information they require from the Business Owners (translate SAP requirements into HORSE/Renault business language). And vice versa (making sure that the SI understands also the requirements of the Business Owners).
• Contribute to the project deliverables as per the agreement with the SI.
• Participate in the configuration of the system and validate the Configuration Guides when applicable.
• Review and validate all the project deliverables produced by the SI team to make sure they meet the agreed quality standards (for instance, BPMs, Configuration Guides, Functional Designs, Technical Designs, etc.).
• Liaison and main POC between the project team and Renault and/or HORSE teams to facilitate activities such as Data Cleansing and Data Migration, Data Mappings (for Interfaces and Data Migration), etc.
• Lead the Defects management, especially during UAT with Key Business Users, for instance, with the prioritization of defects.
• Support HORSE business users during the Training period.
• Work with the SI and Renault on planning and executing technical/functional Cutover activities, with special emphasis on Interfaces and Data Migration activities.
• Contribute to the stabilization of the functionality after the Go-live and secure the transition to Application Maintenance.

2. SAP Centre of Excellence

• Become the S4 SME for the area of Manufacturing and Quality
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements in her Domain.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
• Apply all the required changes in the configuration to resolve the incidents.
• Update the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.
• Keep all the interfaces in her Domain up and running, looking for continuous improvement.
• Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement the changes when approved.

Strong SAP Manufacturing & Quality capabilities and knowledge to work with 3rd parties on executing an SAP roadmap: blueprint definition, functional specification and module(s) configuration (WRICEF), design and configuration S4/H tenant, CI/CD (OT), data migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, User Administration

Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environment.

Be an effective team player working both within and outside the IS/IT organisation. Work to bring stakeholders along with decisions.

Can communicate (verbally and written) to different levels in the organisation
