About this role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help us accelerate growth in the French market.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, reach out to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other potential partners, and educate them about how Jotelulu can help transform their business. You’ll become a trusted advisor on all things Cloud, and play a key role in our expansion across Europe.
This is a hybrid role based in Madrid (2–3 days/week in the office).
You will
- Identify and engage potential partners and MSPs through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Personalize your messaging to resonate with each prospect’s needs, challenges, and business goals
- Qualify leads by understanding their current setup, pain points, and readiness to adopt cloud services
- Educate prospects about how Jotelulu fits into their Go-To-Market strategy and can complement their existing services
- Schedule discovery calls for senior sales reps and pass on well-documented, qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of activities and insights in CRM (Salesforce)
- Work closely with the team to refine prospecting strategies, messaging, and outreach efforts for the French market
Languages
French fluent mandatory and English or high level of Spanish is a plus.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent french speaker with fluent English level.
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Experience prospecting technical buyers (IT managers, CTOs, etc.)
- Strong communication skills: clear, concise, persuasive—written and spoken
- Comfortable explaining cloud and IT concepts in simple terms to different audiences
- Proactive mindset: you’re a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and loves testing new approaches
- Ability to handle rejection and keep going with a positive attitude
- Skilled in tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM), sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organized, analytical, and focused on delivering measurable results
- EU citizenship or valid European work permit (mandatory)
