About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to strategically design and architect AI-enabled solutions for a Content supply chain (Medical Affairs to Commercial Marketing). This enterprise-priority role requires expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, software architecture, data science, and content generation/analytics in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will be a key technical leader, setting architectural standards and operationalizing data science solutions for measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML Architecture and Strategy: Drive the architectural design, technical roadmap, and adoption of GenAI and AI initiatives within the enterprise content supply chain, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Architect Advanced Analytics & MLOps: Design and Architect AI-powered analytics solutions to gain insights from content performance, and define/enforce best practices for Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), including MLOps, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Offer expert technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers), fostering innovation and ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Drive AI/ML Solution Operationalization & Risk Mitigation: Lead the successful operationalization of AI/ML solutions from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration, data quality, ethical AI, and mitigating technical risks related to model bias, data privacy, and content accuracy.
Advance GenAI Capabilities and Best Practices: Stay current with advancements in GenAI and AI, developing prompt engineering strategies, collaborating on structured content standards (metadata/taxonomy), and aligning GenAI solutions with enterprise AI platform strategy and governance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role, focusing on large-scale, data-driven AI/ML solutions.
Deep expertise with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Data Science principles, methodologies, and algorithms (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning).
Strong proficiency in various software architecture patterns and best practices (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native, API design).
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), including model development, deployment, scaling, MLOps, and monitoring in production.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for content creation, generation, and optimization.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries, particularly within Medical Affairs or Commercial functions.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, or marketing automation tools.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to content creation, review, and distribution in regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with specific GenAI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and their associated frameworks.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark,, Kafka).
Certifications in relevant cloud platforms or architectural frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
Vector Databases experience (e.g., Qdrant) for RAG-based GenAI
Familiarity with LangChain or other GenAI orchestration frameworks
