Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced and dynamic marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role focused on planning and executing regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing and activating a range of events, provide input & analysis of digital advertising campaigns and drive the growth in local social media partnerships. Your work will help strengthen brand presence, accelerate customer engagement, and support sales enablement in the field.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage regional field marketing initiatives, including INDIBA-led events, tradeshows, and local partnership activations to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Support and grow local social media engagement through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building activities.
- Provide input on digital advertising strategy and performance, supporting the optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure alignment with regional goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse regional data, and share insights to inform local marketing decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support global lead generation and client engagement initiatives by localising webinars, clinic materials to leverage in the Spanish market.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and global marketing functions to tailor initiatives to market needs and drive pipeline contribution.
- Contribute to a high-performing, agile marketing culture—bringing fresh ideas, local market insights, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, an all rounder who loves all elements of Marketing would be ideal for this role.
- Native Spanish speaker required for this role, additional languages are a plus (especially Italian).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush).
- Experience using CMS, WordPress preferred.
- Strong writing skills with experience in content marketing, blogs, and SEO best practices.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ideally with start-up or scale-up experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
