At Preply, tutors are core to our mission of unlocking human potential through learning. As part of the Supply Operations team, you will own high-impact initiatives that help tutors (supply) succeed from the beginning of their journey on Preply. Your primary responsibilities will be identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and owning programs from idea through execution in order to acquire and activate a high quality and engaged tutor base. You’ll also manage (and optimize where appropriate) our limited supply acquisition channels. This role reports to the Senior Growth Manager of Supply Operations and will work closely with the broader Supply Operations, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to drive supply growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Optimize tutor activation & engagement
• Design and scale programs that help tutors reach activation milestones
• Lead lifecycle improvements, CRM interventions, community nudges, and onboarding flows tied to tutor early success
• Lead high-leverage Supply initiatives
• Identify and own cross-functional growth projects that improve tutor performance and learner outcomes
• Partner with Product teams to scope and deliver updates across surfaces such as onboarding, tutor profiles, search pages, and dashboards
• Drive stakeholder alignment and resourcing, ensuring the most critical supply-side opportunities are prioritized and delivered
• Maintain Supply acquisition
• Manage a limited, high-quality acquisition stream – stepping in when gaps arise or strategic needs (subject, region, level, etc) emerge
• Collaborate with Brand and Performance Marketing to shape messaging, targeting, and creative
• Collaborate & influence cross-functionally
• Act as the main point of contact for tutor activation & growth projects
• Influence Product and Marketing roadmaps by making the case for supply-side investments and their expected ROI
• Evangelize tutor-side learnings across the business to inform marketplace strategy
• Make data-informed decisions
• Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and identify bottlenecks to continuously optimize performance and identify new opportunities
• Use tools like Looker, Amplitude, or SQL to pull insights and challenge assumptions

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, or marketplace operations, ideally in a cross-functional environment
• Proven experience leading initiatives from discovery to execution across multiple teams
• Highly analytical, hands-on with data, & comfortable turning insights into action
• Experience with paid marketing channel management, maintenance, & optimization
• A growth mindset of always testing, learning, and scaling with a drive to get things done
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with team members and partners
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Previous (supply-side) marketplace experience is a plus
• Previous experience driving or supporting user activation efforts is great to have
