Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Information Security Consultant and member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. Working at Marlink Cyber, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in protecting our clients' information systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying risks, assessing compliance levels, making recommendations and implementing security improvements across various industries and on projects at local and global levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Improving the protection of information assets through the establishment, maintenance, verification and improvement of preventive and reactive controls of information and cyber security in accordance with risk assessment and legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Information and cyber security risk analysis.
- Development and implementation of information / cyber security management frameworks, strategic plans, policies and procedures.
- Compliance analysis, identification of non-compliance and making recommendations with the aim of achieving compliance and development of information / cyber security management systems according to standards, regulatory frameworks, good practices and industry-specific standards such as: ISO / IEC 27001, NIS2, DORA, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, IMO 2021, ISA / IEC 62443 and others.
- Information security project management.
- Conducting training and education on topics related to information and cyber security.
- Awareness testing using social engineering methods.
- Trusted management advisor and management consulting on information / cyber security issues.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- University or professional level of education.
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of information security.
- Excellence in identifying and solving problems.
- Independence in work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously develop knowledge and skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Motivation for work, proactivity, confidentiality and cooperation.
- Knowledge of Spanish and English in speaking and writing.
- Candidates with certificates in the field of information security (CISA, CISM, CISSP, ...) may have an advantage.
