Senior Project Manager Service
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic service projects globally from concept through post-launch.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across functions (Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT) to align project goals.
- Build and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in direction, roles, and deliverables.
- Drive change management initiatives and lead stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, risks, budgets, and timelines using best-in-class tools and frameworks.
- Own business case development, leveraging financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to effectively prioritize and integrate ERP-related workstreams into project delivery.
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading complex, multi-functional international projects within global organisations.
- Strong background in project governance, business case development, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to drive transformation, with a hands-on, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively across all levels.
- Comfortable navigating matrix environments and multicultural teams in an international setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SAP ERP, SAP BW, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or Spanish is a strong asset.
