The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

Things you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitments for commercial, strategic, high-level roles, collaborating with client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation
• Source candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Facilitate the Interview and selection process
• Build strong and trusted partner relationships with the client and hiring managers. Act as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process
• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process
• Use knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector
• Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
• Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs
• Excellent communication skills
• Business fluency in English and German
