Job Description
As the Senior Sportsbook Promotion Executive, the main goal of this position is to support on the daily operations and overall performance of the Sportsbook. Additionally, the role aims to deliver exceptional service that creates opportunities to increase betting turnover, boost profitability, and strengthen the YoSports brand presence.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Conduct business evaluations and implement agreed actions with stakeholders
- Develop and execute monthly promotional plans aligned with commercial goals
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with betting control and legal standards
- Monitor customer behavior and profitability, addressing unprofitable areas
- Support the Sportsbook Manager in delivering promotional activities
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and a consistent brand image
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes within authority levels
- Train staff on betting options, service standards and compliance
- Design staffing plans and manage schedules within budget
- Foster a proactive, customer focused sales culture
- Support onboarding, training and succession planning
- Communicate company updates and encourage team feedback
- Recognise and reward team achievements regularly
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends
Qualifications
- Sportsbook product knowledge - Owning, prioritising product backlog, and taking decisions
- Demonstrable experience working in the industry with in-depth understanding of trends in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of game design principles, progression systems, reward structures, and player psychology
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Proven experience in gamification, engagement mechanics, loyalty programs, or behavioral design
- Passion for online gaming, user experience, and creating products that keep players coming back for more
- Resilience and readiness for a challenge
- Basic Jira and Confluence knowledge
- Able to manage stakeholder expectations
- Spotting flaws, optimising flows, and complying to legal requirements
- You are highly skilled at driving delivery, handling rollout phases, and making regular prioritisation decisions to ensure fast time-to-market
- You are 100% user-centric, love listening to your users, creating impact and taking on challenges
- Working in rapidly changing environment
- You are data-driven, know how to measure project outcomes and focus on delivering real value
- You demonstrate empathy, leadership, analytical skills, rigor and strong organisational capabilities
- You follow sports competitions regularly and have some knowledge of the sports betting industry
