Senior Treasury Manager - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to join our team in Spain to ensure the efficient and secure management of the company’s global banking infrastructure and credit risk exposure
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing global bank account structure and maintaining operational bank relationships including handling of accesses to centrally managed bank accounts
- Leading complex treasury projects end-to-end (e.g. ISO Migration, Working Capital optimization projects, integration of new treasury tool in existing ecosystem)
- Advising group affiliates on internal banking policy requirements
- Leading assessment and design of credit risk management technology supporting multiple ERPs, including the definition of standard SAP credit risk management template together with IT and key users
- Supporting in establishment of a central credit risk management team for the support of the local legal entities
- Assessing and managing global service contracts for credit risk management (e.g. management of current external credit rating agencies relationship)
- Evaluating high value credit limit requests, assessing top cases and providing recommendation to Division CFOs and Group CFO on management of customer credit risk
- Performing trainings for internal stakeholders on credit risk assessment, banking policies etc.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international/regional treasury organization.
- Strong background in credit risk management and third-party risk assessment.
- Proven success in leading complex cross-functional and cross-location projects.
- Experience in corporate finance is a plus (e.g., dividend handling, bond issuance, FX and intragroup loan management).
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder relationships independently.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ERP system knowledge is a plus.
