Fix-term contract for 6 months with possibility to prolong.
Job Purpose:
- Manage order entry activities related to parts orders, pricing, and related processes.
- Check and validate warranty claims with service partners.
- Support and respond to customer requests for technical assistance via CRM platform (email/phone).
Person (requirements):
- Secondary school degree.
- Good PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Spanish and Portuguese desirable (preferably both); basic English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to multi-task and embrace new ways of working.
- Team player, able to work both remotely and in person with a multicultural team.
