#RINA is currently recruting Site Manager for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction project in Vizcaya, Spain. The role involves full-time, on-site supervision of two parallel 20 MW / 4-hour BESS installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all civil and electromechanical activities on-site.
- Coordinate with the EPC contractor and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BESS or similar-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Duration: October 2025 – May 2026 (possible extension until PAC)
