- Manage a diverse caseload and contribute to a strong team culture of learning, reflection, and shared responsibility.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a recognised Social Work qualification and is registered with Social Work England.
- Brings knowledge of adult safeguarding, social care legislation, and partnership working.
- Communicates with empathy, listens actively, and respects individual rights and choices.
- Is organised, proactive, and committed to professional development.
Why join Rushcliffe?
- Be part of a positive, inclusive team that genuinely supports each other.
- Enjoy regular supervision, flexible working, and continuous professional development.
- Work in a beautiful part of Nottinghamshire with strong community connections and resources.
We welcome applications from both Band A and Band B Social Workers (Band B applicants must have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience). A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role unless disability precludes this.
