Your Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect for the Medidata Platform to lead our central platform configuration across various Medidata products, including EDC, CTMS/SSU, and eTMF. In this pivotal position, you will be a core member of our platform team, contributing significantly to the implementation project within our healthcare sector. Your expertise will help us establish internal clinical trial systems that enhance operational efficiency, increase transparency, and provide real-time data access while leveraging GenAI/AI technologies. You will take ownership of the platform configuration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including EDC, CTMS/SSU, and eTMF owners, as well as Medidata and internal delivery units. Your role will involve providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery and long-term optimization of the platform. You will be responsible for user and site administration, ensuring appropriate access controls, and maintaining data integrity within the Medidata Rave system. Additionally, you will conduct regular reviews of user access and oversee the assignment of e-learnings and report matrices according to internal procedures. Your commitment to documentation and continuous improvement will be crucial in ensuring the platform's functionality and security.
Who You Are:
- You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience with the Medidata platform and cloud administration.
- You possess a proven track record of successfully owning and improving platform configurations.
- You have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GXP and other relevant guidelines.
- You are well-versed in industry data standards.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build consensus and drive decision-making.
- You are proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaborative environments.
