As we prepare to open a brand-new luxury spa in Mallorca, we are seeking an exceptional Spa Therapist/Aesthetic Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious brand and make a lasting impact on our guests' wellness journeys. As a Spa Therapist/Aesthetic Specialist, you will deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments and facials, ensuring that each guest enjoys a rejuvenating, luxurious experience. You will be a key player in creating a serene, welcoming atmosphere, offering expert advice and treatment options tailored to each guest's needs.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

- Customer Care Connoisseur: Ready to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests? With your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, you'll ensure that every guest feels pampered, valued, and cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
- Retail Advisor: Recommend and assist with retail product sales tailored to the individual needs of guests, helping them continue their wellness journey at home.
- Spa Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room, ensuring proper sanitization and restocking of products.
- Reception Support: Assist in spa reception, managing online and phone reservations, and providing warm, professional service to every guest.· Other knowledge like manicure/pedicure or yoga teaching are welcome
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- A passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.
- Certification as a massage therapist and aesthetician, with a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and skincare & aparatology and various massage techniques (aromatherapy, deep tissue, ayurvedic, etc).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.
- Strong customer service skills, allowing you to anticipate and exceed our guests' expectations with every interaction.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of your work.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting.
- Spanish & English speakers. Other languages are welcome.
- Manicure & Pedicure experience or yoga teaching are welcome!
