YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant and/or finance administration professional to join our Order to Cash Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.

THE JOURNEY


  • Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA's.
  • Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents.
  • Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner.
  • Train new team members when applicable.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Support Billing Specialists when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in billing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting.
  • AP/AR experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented attitude.
  • Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness.
  • Attention to detail with a quality focus.
  • Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player.
  • Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Billings or finance administration knowledge is a plus.
  • Office Suite expertise (Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Polish) is a plus.
