We provide a full benefits package, including exciting travel perks, generous time-off, parental leave, a flexible work model (with some pretty cool offices), and career development resources, all to fuel our employees' passion for travel and ensure a rewarding career journey. We’re building a more open world. Join us.

Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We open up our supply and innovative technology to businesses looking to take on the world of travel. These businesses, sometimes referred to as our ‘demand partners’, include global financial institutions (e.g. AMEX), corporate managed travel, offline travel agents (e.g. Flight Centre), global travel suppliers (e.g. Delta) and many more.

The Sales Execution and Support team empowers our Sales organisation to operate at peak performance—streamlining processes, enabling growth, and ensuring teams are equipped to scale partnerships and products globally.

This role will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered sales capabilities, from smart automation to predictive insights, enabling our global sales teams to scale efficiently.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, Data Science, and Enablement to define our AI roadmap, roll-out new capabilities, and continuously evolve how we sell. This role requires hands-on AI experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to think end-to-end — not just in tools or fixes, but in scalable sales solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Shape and drive our AI and automation roadmap from the Sales and Operations perspective, prioritizing initiatives that improve productivity, personalization, and decision-making.

  • Identify and deliver high-impact use cases

  • Partner with internal product and analytics teams to train, test, and roll out models that support sales goals.

  • Lead the roll-out readiness of new sales capabilities, from pilot to global adoption.

  • Work with Salesforce Product Managers and Enablement to embed AI/automation into workflows, toolsets, and content delivery.

  • Translate sales feedback and data insights into clear requirements for tools, reporting, or process changes.

  • Think in end-to-end sales capabilities, not just isolated tools or fixes - designing solutions that combine AI, data, process, and enablement for real behavior change.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI tools and digital capabilities using clear success metrics.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity in AI for sales. Act as an internal expert and evangelist.

  • Support additional commercial transformation programs and initiatives as needed.

Who you are:

  • Hands-on experience working with AI and automation technologies, ideally applied in sales, marketing, or commercial environments.

  • Background in sales strategy, enablement, operations, or digital transformation in a B2B context.

  • Proven ability to partner with data science, product, sales, enablement and analytics teams to shape and deploy AI-powered capabilities.

  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between sales challenges and AI-driven solutions.

  • A solutions-oriented leader who can architect scalable capabilities across tools, data, and people - not just optimize individual workflows.

  • Strong communicator who can translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with tools like Seismic, Docusign, or Marketo is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science); Master’s preferred
