At Draxton Central Services, located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you will manage recruitment processes for white-collar profiles across various international sites. You will actively contribute to designing, developing, and implementing strategic Talent and Employer Branding projects with a global impact on the organization.
You will report both hierarchically and functionally to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end selection processes for qualified professionals at an international level.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on global projects, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement actions to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
- Analyze labor market trends and provide strategic insights to internal teams.
- Foster relationships with universities and training centers, representing Draxton at career fairs and talent events.
- Monitor new hires to ensure a successful onboarding and integration process.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, either in a corporate environment or recruitment consultancy.
- University degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
