The Customer Marketing & Execution Channel Manager will be accountable for maximizing the prominence of our brand portfolio to deliver the best shopper experience at the POS and events in the assigned accounts and for boosting “Take Away” within the Shoppers and Mid Wholesale trade segment. Responsible for safeguarding and facilitating the implementation of BF´s way of brand building, PICOS methodology and the BF's Commercial way, as well as timely reporting, tracking of implementation, and taking corrective actions to optimize plan delivery within his/her channels and accounts.

The Trade Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive brand growth and maximize sales in the wholesale, retail, and on-premise channels. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective trade marketing programs and initiatives.
What You Can Expect
- Develop and execute annual activation plans to drive brand growth and maximize sales in the wholesale, retail, and on-premise channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage and control the operating budget, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information is available for tracking and reporting on trade marketing investments and their return on investment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance teams, to develop and implement shopper programs that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and ultimately increase sales.
- Analyze category trends and customer insights, leveraging data and market research to identify opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and tailor trade marketing initiatives to specific channels and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts, to foster collaboration, secure preferential placement, and drive business growth.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of shopper activations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to optimize future campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance
- Experience: 3 - 5 year experience in similar positions
- Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Fast-moving Consumer Goods industry experience
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels within the organization
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amounts of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results.
- Proven track record of effective planning, execution and follow up.
