Your Role
As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to global brand strategies, develop packaging and products, co-create communication campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional and local market teams (France, Spain, Italy). You'll be at the heart of innovation, helping us analyze trends, shape new launches, and bring fresh ideas to life.
What you will do
- Innovation & relaunch development: Packaging design, product development, website update
- Communication management: digital brand content creation, new comms campaign development.
- Day to day brand management with the local (France, Spain, Italy) and transversal teams (Innovation, Market research, Media).
- Implement the key projects: New product development, product changes, packaging design (artworks), communication development.
- Analysis of KPIs of the brands, market trends and competitors follow-up.
- Update the brands portfolio and the competitors’.
- Support with project timelines, weekly meeting minutes and follow up tasks with cross-functional teams.
- Co-lead preparation of presentations with project updates.
- Coordination with operations, local markets & external agencies (Media agencies, Pack design agencies, Research agencies, etc).
What we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.
- Fluent English and Spanish. French or Italian language will be valued
- Analytical mind and Project Management
- Persevering and resilient
- Want to learn and progress while having responsibilities
- Posibility of signing an student agreement of 30 hours per week
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word
