What you will do in this role

As a Trainer on our team, you will:
- Deliver training sessions covering products, soft skills, tools, and more
- Proactively identify training needs across the team
- Create and maintain training curricula for new starters and monitor their progress
- Schedule and deliver continuous training to support ongoing development
- Coach other trainers and Brand Experts on effective training delivery methods
- Identify the need for knowledge articles to support learning
- Coordinate the creation of knowledge articles and resources
- Write and maintain clear, helpful knowledge base articles
- Develop and manage a yearly training plan covering all brands
- Measure and control training success through online quizzes, surveys, evaluations, etc.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the online training platform
