What You'll Do:

• Review and update status of Welcome Day tickets. Respond or escalate when needed
• LMS session support: Assist in session creation, updates, or closures.
• FUNDAE compliance review: Ensure documents meet criteria (signatures, formats, attendance).
• Data entry & archiving: Organize attendance sheets, feedback, and related training records.
• 1:1 Discussion (weekly and monthly): With Training Admin to review ongoing tasks and with Training Manager to review performance

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual or proficient level of Spanish and fluency in English
• Currently pursuing a degree in ADE, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
• University agreement is required.
