The role
Strada is currently recruiting for a number of Workday Associates. As a Workday Associate you will play a vital role in configuring and testing the Workday solution.
You will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our customers by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our EMEA Workday Practice.
Workday is a Financial and Human Capital Management software provider, founded on the cutting-edge principles of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology. Strada partners with both new and existing Workday customers to design, test, configure and deploy the Workday Cloud Enterprise Platform.
A typical day can include:
- Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.
- Understand customer requirements to configure and test the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
- Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
- Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects
You bring knowledge and expertise:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel
- Desire to grow your career as a consultant
- English Advanced
- Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or candidates who are in their final academic year.
Location:
Granada, Spain or Krakow, Poland.
