About Skycop
At Skycop, we fight for air passenger rights. We help travelers claim compensation for delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights – and we’ve already assisted millions of passengers across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our international team in our new office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Spanish and international accounting standards
- Prepare, issue, and review invoices
- Assist with payroll and employee compensation calculations (in collaboration with HR)
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Support audit processes and liaise with local authorities and external partners
- Submit tax declarations (e.g., IVA, IRPF)
What we expect:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently
