Assistant Accountant

CRYOPERL is an established and growing global company with operations in Spain, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic finance team. The successful applicant will be joining the finance team to assist with timely, accurate and quality completion of a broad range of accounting and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Management of the accounts receivable cycle, including sales invoice entry and customer queries
• Management of the accounts payable cycle, including purchase invoice entry and supplier queries
• Maintenance of compliance with multinational taxation obligations
• Ability to develop and maintain financial procedures, administrative & records management systems
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly financial accounts
• Other accounting and administrative tasks including:
• - Bank reconciliations- Processing of employee expense claims and corporate credit card transactions
• - Payroll

Our ideal candidate has the following attributes:

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Sound technical knowledge of accounting principles

• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with both finance and operational staff
