You are based in Palma de Mallorca and have full working rights in Spain
Fluent in Spanish and English (German is a plus)
High flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience with Shopify is a strong plus
Proven experience in a Store Manager or Retail Leadership role, preferably in premium fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a motivated team
Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility
Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service and communication skills
Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in managing store operations
Passionate about delivering exceptional in-store experiences and building lasting customer relationships
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Palma flagship store
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with our brand values
Take ownership of sales targets, stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high operational standards
Act as a brand ambassador and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers
Collaborate with the PR, Social Media & Marketing team on marketing activities, events, and local community engagement
