Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, systems-oriented professional to join our Finance and Operations team as a OneStream Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in managing the daily operations and continuous improvement of OneStream, our enterprise performance management (EPM) platform. The position will also serve as the key internal coordinator for our OneStream support relationship with external support line.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal finance, technology, and investment teams, helping ensure smooth reporting cycles, reliable platform performance, and clear communication between users and support partners.
Key Responsibilities
OneStream System Management
- Manage daily operations of OneStream, including scheduled processes, user access, and data validation.
- Support internal reporting cycles and financial close timelines by ensuring system readiness and data quality.
- Document and maintain OneStream processes and configuration changes.
Support Line Coordination
- Oversee the ticketing and resolution process with external support line, ensuring SLAs are met and recurring issues are addressed.
- Maintain a central log of all issues and support requests and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
- Organise and lead regular check-ins with external support line and internal teams to align on support priorities.
User Support and Process Improvement
- Act as the first point of contact for internal OneStream users, resolving or triaging queries efficiently.
- Provide ad hoc training and guidance to new or occasional users.
- Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and overall system improvement.
Project and Change Management
- Coordinate the implementation of enhancements, upgrades, or patches, including testing and user acceptance.
- Liaise with the Technology and Finance teams to support integration and alignment with other platforms and data sources.
Desired Experience / Background
- 4–5 years of experience in financial systems management, finance operations, or FP&A.
- Familiarity with OneStream (or other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, or SAP BPC) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or external support partners.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL or data querying tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
