Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AWS Global Program Manager to join our team. As an AWS Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners (Technology providers) to drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of successful partner management.
You will:
- Take charge of facilitating communication and collaboration between the technology provider and T-Systems as a premium partner.
- Drive Partner Accreditation and Programs.
- Foster collaboration among Business/Product Units, POPs, and LBUs across various countries T-Systems.
- Enhance sales development through collaboration via strategic programs such as Strategic Collaboration Agreements, the MSP program, and the Competence program (SAP, Security, Networking Sustainability, GenAI, Data Sovereignty)
- Qualify customer projects and identify related financial sources of the AWS Partner Programs for us or our customers.
- Create program materials including guides, policies, other documentation for partners as needed.
- Managing of the AWS Partner Network platform (APN).
- Assume responsibility for steering, updating, and overseeing the governance structure for the group to ensure the achievement of KPIs.
- Develop and nurture the international AWS community within the organization, fostering a sense of pride and engagement.
- Supporting internal financial planning activities, the development of the business model, and contract negotiations with strategic partner.
- Supporting management through reports, analyses, and their interpretation and communication.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Innovation Management or a related field.- Over 5 years’ experience working with international partners and in addition over 5 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement
- Proven experience in managing partner and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal up to C-level executives
- Proven experience in AWS Partner Network platform (APN).
- Relevant Cloud certifications or accreditations like Cloud Practitioner and AI
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and German
