What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Controller, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of call handling and operational support. Your responsibilities will include verifying information, keeping customers informed, and coordinating service tasks with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn call management procedures, including customer data verification and data protection protocols.
- Communicate with service providers to gather and relay task-related information.
- Assist customers in arranging vehicle recovery or repair services.
- Work closely with your team and supervisor to ensure efficient task execution.
- Dispatch drivers and assign jobs according to operational priorities.
- Maintain accurate and timely job records.
- Deliver high-quality support to clients, members, and partner organizations.
- Keep customers updated on service status and timelines.
- Calculate service costs and handle payment processing when necessary.
- Use relevant tools to determine directions and estimate arrival times.
- Follow all internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
