POSITION SUMMARY
- To build a Brand that is relevant and desirable for consumers.
- To increase Brand Value Market Share and performance.
- To set Brand Strategy and implement Brand Plan.
- To implement identify new business opportunities and manage I&R
- To ensure external-internal alignment.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Brand Strategy
- Define and develop Brand Objectives & detailed Brand Plan
- Provide quality input at Brand level into the OPL, MBS & Category Planning process
- Guardian of Brand Positioning & Communication across channel & categories.
- Monitor & manage Brand allocated PFME
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer & shopper behavior & competitive environment
- Identification & management of innovation/renovation projects for the Brand
Brand Plan Implementation
- Manage the implementation of the Brand plan in line with the MBS/OPL
- Review and monitor performance & where necessary modify the Brand plan.
- Develop & manage consumer communications strategy (i.e: advertising, packaging, PR, etc.)
- Activities pre & post evaluation
Internal-External Alignment
- Collaborate with CDT on the development of the point of purchase strategy
- Validation of all artwork and print process associated with the Brand.
- Validation of all claims associated with the Brand
- Effectively communicate with Marketing Manager and CDT or Sales Manager for all Brand initiatives, and with other departments when relevant
- Communication with NiM Departments when relevant .
- Effectively communicate with Logistics and Factories involved in innovation / renovation projects & with demand planning on Category / Brand events that impact volume forecasts
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Graduate Bachelor of Business or MBA.
- Marketing experience as Product/Brand Manager or equivalent.
- English and Spanish
- Budget development and monitoring
- Insight, Initiative and collaboration skills
