What we look for?
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work for our client, a leader in the international banking sector.
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery & Delivery Supporting the bank’s Product Owner for Order Management initiative on strategic capabilities impacting clients and front office employees.
- Working with Change & Client Experience, Business Management and Technology teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, prioritize user stories, and work with technology and other team members on delivery.
- Extracting relevant insights from client’s online behaviour and client usability testing to continuously iterate the client journeys to improve the product experience.
- Implementing framework to drive adoption and usage, establish feedback loop to ensure that the product meets the needs of clients.
- Driving Engagement & Usage Managing business and senior stakeholders by acting as a partner and trusted advisor, ensuring continuous user feedback loops during the agile delivery.
- Planning and orchestrating of training activities and create easy-to-understand training and engagement material for clients and front office.
- Creating high-quality communication deliverables such as EDMs to clients and front office and are comfortable with articulating the communication strategy through presentation materials.
- Working in projects and have a good grasp of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles & responsibilities, etc
Mandatory requirements:.
You have at least 7 years’ experience with working as a Business Analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology or consultancy company in India.
You enjoy working on problems with cross functional teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features.
Have experience in building trading apps in India and well versed with the local regulation prescribed by SEBI.
You have experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service and have successfully managed the full product lifecycle from idea-stage to scaling, including integration of user feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts on understanding user needs, identify opportunities and demonstrate successful, impactful delivery.
Knowledge of agile methodology and experience of partnering with research, design, change and technology in an design thinking and agile framework.

- Desirable requirements: Having experience in product like T24/OTMS or TSI is an advantage.
