What you will do:
- Collaborate within a team and slowly gain responsibility of workstream(s) in a project engagement: planning, organizing and managing different aspects of delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities based on data analysis and proactively solve problems faced by the client.
- You will be exposed to the client assisting for operational project questions, developing relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone or email contact.
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a strong academic record.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical mindset, good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses and ability to summarize and represent data.
- Solid qualitative and quantitative hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
- Positive and empathetic team-player with an inclusive collaborative approach
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and writing – in English and Spanish, other EU languages is plus (eg. Italian, French)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python and BI & Analytical tools are a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and enthusiasm for working in diverse teams.
