Your mission

Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the payments industry? At LaFinteca, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional individual who’s ready to take the lead, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the world of payment services. As a key player in our sales team, your mission will be to:

  • Develop and execute a robust business development plan to achieve revenue growth and enhance our market presence in the PSP sector.
  • Utilize your existing portfolio of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with merchants, financial institutions, and technology providers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing high-value deals and contributing to long-term growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support, addressing product-related issues effectively.
  • Attend global industry events to network, forge partnerships, and showcase our expertise.

Your profile

  • A successful track record in business development, sales, or account management within the PSP, fintech, or payment processing industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Established connections within the iGaming or fintech sectors.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities, with the talent to build and strengthen client relationships and identify key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle and delivering results in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish, and Portuguese as a strong advantage.
